Your students will love this printable frog life cycle interactive notebook activity. It is a great supplement to your frog life cycle activities in your science centers. The students will color and cut out a "lift the flap" frog life cycle page and attach it to their interactive notebooks. Two sets of frog life cycle descriptions are provided. One set is for novice learners, and the other frog life cycle set is more descriptive. Students can cut and paste the descriptions under the correct frog life cycle part, or they can write their own frog life cycle description.

This no prep, upper elementary (grades 4-6) frogs thematic unit plan focuses on literacy, math, science, and social studies skills. It is over 60 pages of printable frogs worksheets and activities - ready for immediate use in your classroom. It works well as a sub plan. Skills include frogs reading, reading comprehension, analysis, story sequencing, evaluating text, reading probe, vocabulary, frog research, frogs research report, interpreting a frogs pictograph, whole numbers and word names, frogs life cycle, memory game, mini-book, frogs current events and frogs writing prompts paper.

Here are 30 task cards in multiple choice format to go along with the book, Frog and Toad All Year by Arnold Lobel. There are six Frog and Toad guided reading comprehension questions for each chapter. A student response form and answer key are also provided.

These Frog and Toad task cards are a great alternative to worksheets. They allow for movement activities in the classroom. Student may play SCOOT, have a scavenger hunt, or play other task card games.

In this frogs packet, you will receive frog worksheets, task cards, nonfiction text, reading comprehension, games and more!

You will also receive directions for a very effective frogs cooperative learning activity. In this frogs activity, students will learn about frogs through 4 different nonfiction reading selections. The reading selections are written as numbered fun facts. There are 10 frog fun facts per reading selection. There are also 10 frogs reading comprehension task cards for each reading selection (10 per page) for a total of 40 task cards. Student response forms and answer keys are also provided.

This book unit features a multi-disciplinary approach with a lot more than just guided reading comprehension questions. You will find math, reading, writing, and science activities.
